Damage and Complaints Any damage or error must be reported to us within three working days of delivery. Damaged goods should be retained for inspection. Liability for damage , shortfall or error is limited to the replacement of plants or at our option to a refund of the price paid. All other claims including any claim for consequential loss or damage is hereby expressly excluded.
Payment All cheque should be made payable to Treasure Holt Plants. Cheques which are not honoured by the bank will be charged at £20 on each occasion.
Transfer of Ownership All goods delivered or collected remain the property of Treasure Holt Plants until such times they have been paid for in full.
